باستخدامك NEXA أو فتح حساب فيه فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

1. الخدمة

NEXA خدمة سحابية لإدارة المبيعات والمنتجات والمخزون والموظفين والمنيو الإلكتروني، تعمل من المتصفح أو التطبيق. نطوّرها باستمرار وقد نغيّر مزايا أو نوقف بعضها مع إشعار معقول.

2. الحساب

• يجب أن تكون بالغاً وقادراً قانونياً على التعاقد باسم نشاطك.
• أنت مسؤول عن سرّية كلمة المرور وعن كل ما يجري تحت حسابك وحسابات موظفيك.
• أعطِ معلومات صحيحة وحدّثها.

3. بياناتك ومسؤوليتك

• تبقى بياناتك ملكك. تمنحنا الحق في معالجتها لتشغيل الخدمة فقط (انظر سياسة الخصوصية).
• أنت مسؤول عن قانونية البيانات التي تُدخلها (زبائن، موظفون)، وعن إبلاغهم واحترام حقوقهم، وعن صحة الأسعار والفواتير والضرائب.
• تستطيع تصدير تقاريرك وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

4. الاشتراك والدفع

• قد تتطلب بعض المزايا أو الاستخدام بعد الفترة التجريبية اشتراكاً مدفوعاً. تُعرض الباقات وأسعارها داخل التطبيق، ويتم الدفع بحسب الطريقة المتاحة (مثل رموز الاشتراك) خارج متاجر التطبيقات.
• عند انتهاء الاشتراك قد يُقيَّد الدخول، وتُحفظ البيانات فترة احتفاظ (30 يوماً افتراضياً) ثم قد تُحذف.
• الاشتراكات المدفوعة غير مستردة إلا إذا قرّرنا خلاف ذلك أو أوجب القانون.

5. الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز: استخدام الخدمة لغرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي، أو محاولة اختراقها أو تعطيلها أو تجاوز صلاحياتك، أو الوصول لبيانات محل آخر، أو رفع محتوى مخالف أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.

6. التوافر وإخلاء المسؤولية

نسعى لتوفر عالٍ لكن الخدمة تُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمان عدم الانقطاع أو الخلو من الأخطاء. ينبغي أن تحتفظ بنسخ من سجلاتك المهمة عبر التصدير. وضع «العمل دون اتصال» يخفّف الانقطاعات لكنه لا يغني عن الاتصال.

7. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا في الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للحدث.

8. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يمكنك إنهاء استخدامك بحذف حسابك. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إغلاق حسابات تخالف هذه الشروط أو تعرّض الخدمة أو غيرك للخطر.

9. القانون والتغييرات

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق. قد نعدّل الشروط ويُعدّ استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل موافقة عليه. للتواصل: .

By using NEXA or opening an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

NEXA is a cloud service for managing sales, products, stock, staff and an online menu, available in the browser or as an app. We improve it continuously and may change or retire features with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

• You must be an adult able to contract on behalf of your business.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account and your staff's accounts.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your data and your responsibilities

• Your data remains yours. You allow us to process it only to run the service (see the Privacy Policy).
• You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter (customers, staff), for informing them and respecting their rights, and for the correctness of prices, invoices and taxes.
• You can export your reports and delete your account at any time from Settings.

4. Subscription and payment

• Some features, or use after a trial, may require a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown in the app; payment is made by the available method (such as subscription codes) outside the app stores.
• When a subscription ends, access may be restricted and data is kept for a retention period (30 days by default) and may then be deleted.
• Paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless we decide otherwise or the law requires it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent; try to break, disrupt or bypass the permissions of the service; access another shop's data; or upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

6. Availability and disclaimer

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of important records by exporting them. Offline mode reduces interruptions but does not replace a connection.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the event.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using NEXA by deleting your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service or others.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. We may amend them; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Contact: .
