NEXA نظام نقاط بيع وإدارة للمحلات (كوفي شوب، مطاعم، صيدليات، متاجر، عيادات، فنادق). توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا ومع من نشاركه وكيف تتحكم ببياناتك. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات إعلانية.
1. من هو المسؤول عن البيانات؟
صاحب المحل هو المسؤول عن بيانات زبائنه وموظفيه التي يُدخلها في NEXA، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه لتشغيل الخدمة. بيانات حساب صاحب المحل نفسها نتحكم بها نحن.
2. ما البيانات التي نجمعها؟

تطبيق أندرويد: يستخدم الإنترنت لتحميل الخدمة، والبلوتوث/USB/الشبكة المحلية للاتصال بطابعتك فقط، والموقع (إن سمحت) لتحديد موقع المحل؛ لا يُرسل شيء من ذلك إلى جهة أخرى.
لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات الدفع؛ الدفع عند الاستلام أو بحسب ما يتفق عليه المحل مع زبائنه خارج NEXA.
3. مع من نشاركها؟
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات يعالجون البيانات لتشغيل NEXA فقط:
- Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة وتخزين الصور (الخوادم في أستراليا — سيدني).
- Vercel: استضافة الموقع والتطبيق.
- Google: تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google عند اختيارك ذلك، وخطوط Google Fonts.
- jsDelivr: تحميل مكتبات برمجية عامة.
- خدمات الإشعارات الخاصة بمتصفحك عند تفعيل الإشعارات.
قد يرى هؤلاء عنوان IP وبيانات تقنية بحكم عملهم. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا أُلزمنا قانوناً.
4. كم نحتفظ بها؟
- طالما حسابك فعّال.
- عند انتهاء الاشتراك تُحفظ بيانات المحل فترة احتفاظ (30 يوماً افتراضياً) ليتمكن من التجديد، ثم قد تُحذف نهائياً.
- عند حذفك لحسابك من التطبيق: يُحذف المحل وبياناته فوراً (للمالك)، أو تُمسح بياناتك الشخصية (للموظف). نسخ احتياطية مشفّرة لدى مزوّد قاعدة البيانات تُستبدل تلقائياً بعد مدة محدودة.
- قد نحتفظ بسجل إداري لا يحتوي اسمك (مثل أن حساباً حُذف وتاريخه) لأغراض الأمان.
5. حقوقك وكيف تمارسها
- الاطلاع والتصحيح: من داخل التطبيق (الملف الشخصي والإعدادات). يمكن تصدير التقارير إلى Excel.
- الحذف: من التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب والخصوصية ← «حذف حسابي». التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.
- الزبائن: لطلب حذف بياناتك التي سجّلها محلٌّ ما، تواصل مع المحل، أو معنا وسنحيل الطلب.
- الإشعارات: يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات المتصفح في أي وقت.
6. الأمان
نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مشفّرة، وكل محل معزول عن غيره على مستوى قاعدة البيانات بصلاحيات صفوف، وصلاحيات المالك والمدير والكاشير منفصلة. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة 100%، ونعالج أي ثغرة نعلم بها بسرعة.
7. الأطفال
NEXA مخصص لأصحاب الأعمال والموظفين ولا يستهدف من هم دون 18 عاماً، ولا نجمع عمداً بياناتهم.

Privacy Policy
NEXA is a point-of-sale and management system for shops (coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies, stores, clinics, hotels). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how you control it. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use advertising trackers or analytics.
1. Who is responsible for the data?
A shop owner is responsible for the customer and staff data they enter into NEXA; we process it on their behalf to run the service. We are responsible for the shop owner's own account data.

Android app: it uses the internet to load the service, Bluetooth/USB/the local network only to talk to your printer, and location (if you allow it) to set the shop's position; none of this is sent to anyone else.
We do not collect payment card details; payment is on delivery or as arranged between a shop and its customers outside NEXA.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers that process data only to run NEXA:
- Supabase: database, authentication and picture storage (servers in Australia — Sydney).
- Vercel: hosting of the website and app.
- Google: Google sign-in when you choose it, and Google Fonts.
- jsDelivr: delivery of public software libraries.
- Your browser's push-notification service when you enable notifications.
These providers may see your IP address and technical data as part of their work. We share your data with no one else unless legally required.
4. How long we keep it
- As long as your account is active.
- When a subscription ends, shop data is kept for a retention period (30 days by default) so the shop can renew, and may then be permanently deleted.
- When you delete your account in the app: the shop and its data are erased immediately (owner), or your personal data is removed (staff). Encrypted backups at our database provider are overwritten automatically after a limited period.
- We may keep an administrative record without your name (for example that an account was deleted, and when) for security.
5. Your rights and how to use them
- Access and correction: in the app (profile and settings). Reports can be exported to Excel.
- Deletion: in the app: Settings → Account & privacy → "Delete my account". Details on the delete account page.
- Customers: to have data a shop recorded about you deleted, contact the shop, or contact us and we will pass it on.
- Notifications: turn them off in your browser settings at any time.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-shop isolation enforced in the database with row-level security, and separate owner, manager and cashier permissions. No system is 100% secure; we fix vulnerabilities we learn about promptly.
7. Children
NEXA is for business owners and staff and is not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data.
