NEXAحذف الحساب والبيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك بنفسك في أي وقت، دون الحاجة للتواصل معنا.
من داخل التطبيق أو الموقع
- سجّل الدخول إلى NEXA (nexaiq.app أو التطبيق).
- افتح الإعدادات (الاشتراك والهوية).
- انزل إلى بطاقة الحساب والخصوصية واضغط حذف حسابي.
- لمالك المحل: اكتب اسم المحل للتأكيد، وفعّل «أفهم أن الحذف نهائي»، ثم اضغط احذف حسابي نهائياً.
ماذا يُحذف؟

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. صدّر تقاريرك (Excel) قبل الحذف إن احتجت نسخة.
لا تستطيع الدخول؟
راسلنا عبر من البريد المسجّل في حسابك أو اذكر اسم المحل ورقم هاتفه، وسنتحقق من هويتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
زبائن المنيو الإلكتروني
لا يحتاج الطلب من المنيو الإلكتروني إلى حساب. إن أردت حذف بياناتك (الاسم والهاتف والعنوان) التي سُجّلت عند طلبك، تواصل مع المحل الذي طلبت منه أو معنا. لإيقاف الإشعارات: من إعدادات المتصفح ← الإشعارات ← الموقع.
حذف جزء من البيانات فقط
يمكنك من داخل التطبيق حذف منتجات أو زبائن أو موظفين محددين دون حذف الحساب.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your account and data yourself at any time, without contacting us.
Inside the app or website
- Sign in to NEXA (nexaiq.app or the app).
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the Account & privacy card and press Delete my account.
- Shop owners: type the shop name to confirm, tick "I understand deletion is permanent", then press Delete my account permanently.
What is deleted?

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your reports (Excel) first if you need a copy.
Can't sign in?
Write to us via from the email registered on your account, or give the shop name and its phone number. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.
Online-menu customers
Ordering from an online menu needs no account. To have the data (name, phone, address) recorded with your order deleted, contact the shop you ordered from, or contact us. To stop notifications: browser settings → Notifications → this site.
Deleting only some data
Inside the app you can delete specific products, customers or staff without deleting the account.
